What’s the decisive factor for high-yield operation of the poultry feed making machine? The most important components in the poultry feed making machine are the pressing roller and the die plate. However, the die plate is the most easily worn. Generally, when you buy a poultry feed making machine, they will purchase several sets of die plates to prevent the production volume. When it is too large, the die plate is easily damaged and brings losses to its own production. 1. How do you choose the mold plate? (1) Select the aperture of the die plate suitable for raising livestock. Since the diameter of the die hole is different according to different raw materials and different livestock, the you can provide the pellet diameter required by the staff. (2) Choose a die plate with wear-resistant material. Generally, the material of the die plate on the market is 40cr high-quality alloy steel. This material has high Cr content, higher wear resistance, and more fine and uniform internal grains. The pellets produced have a higher finish and are of first-class quality. (3) Choose a die plate with a higher lifespan. The die plate of the poultry feed pellet mill has undergone thousands of experiments and hundreds of experimental materials. Longer service life. Based on years of testing experience and feedback from you, the life of the die plate can reach 600-800 hours under normal operating conditions. 2. How can you choose a mold plate suitable? According to the feedback of you, we have concluded the diameter of the die plate suitable for different livestock. The parameters are for reference only, and choose the die plate suitable for your own breeding according to your actual situation. Choice of die size: (1) The 2.5mm grinding disc is for breeding: parrots, thrushes, finches, and other pet birds. Young rabbits, young chickens, young ducks, goslings, young pigeons, young birds, young peacocks, young aquatic fish and other small animals. (2) The 3-4 mm grinding disc is used for breeding: rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, birds, peacocks, aquatic fish, etc.; (3) 5-6 mm grinding discs are used for breeding: pigs, cattle, sheep, dogs, pigs, horses; (4) 7-12 mm is generally used to make large animals such as fishing bait, large birds, and mice, and needs special customization.
