Can oil be recovered physically from rice bran by rupturing the cell?

Many years ago the cell wall in rice bran has been ruptured however there seems to be no one who has successfully extracted the oil. Can any one throw some light on the problems are and how it can get resolved India has 30000 modern rice mills and none of them have resorted to this method. I wish to take this technology to the rice miller's for their and the nation's benefit
