How to use CORN GRINDING MILL correctly? First of all, we need to learn about corn grinding mill structure and features. Corn grinding mill depends on one pair of opposite differential rotation to peel materials, extracting the endosperm and milling it into flour. Corn grinding mill has sealed and duplex structure, electrostatic coating surface, luxurious and beautiful appearance. It has pneumatic auto-control, which is easy to operate. It also realizes remote and centralized control and frequency conversion; It is internally installed with negative air suction device to improve charging and decrease temperature between roller and materials.

Corn grinding mill operation matters a lot. Correct corn grinding mill operation can prolong its service life. First, we should keep familiar with the grinding ring service life. The rest minimum wall thickness should not be less than 10mm.

Second, during material grinding, we should observe this process and strictly prohibit metal mixed into the machine, which may damage the grinding roll, the grinding ring and the center hanging bracket.

Third, convey the material evenly to the stock bin, as too much material may cause air duct blocking and yield reduction.

Fourth, we can improve the working efficiency of the corn grinding mill by adjusting the air blower according to the fineness and yield requirement.

Fifth, provide good lubrication condition for the rolling bearing of the transmission part to avoid serious damage.
