Do you know students doing research in animal nutrition? Are they looking for opportunities to present their work, gain visibility, and connect with industry and academic experts? The 2026 Animal Nutrition Conference of Canada (ANCC) is now accepting applications for its Graduate Student Competitions, and we invite you to share this information with your network.
Two students will be selected to present their research in a 20-minute oral presentation during the conference. Registration, travel and accommodation expenses for ANCC 2026 will be covered.
Students will showcase their research during the Graduate Student Poster Exhibition. Poster presentations will be evaluated by experts from industry and academia, and prizes will be awarded.
This presentation category is intended for early-stage graduate students (both master’s and PhD level) who do not yet have research results to share. Selected students will deliver a 10-minute presentation during the conference highlighting their project motivation and expected value for industry.
To participate, applications must be submitted by March 2, 2026.
ANAC has developed a printable PDF for easy sharing with interested students. This document includes additional details on eligibility and how to apply, which are also available on the ANCC website.
