National event offers exceptional learning and networking opportunity
Ottawa, ONTARIO —Leading-edge research and insights on critical issues and progress impacting the animal nutrition industry will be shared at the 2022 Animal Nutrition Conference of Canada (ANCC), May 10-12 in Saskatoon.
Don’t miss the opportunity to attend this renowned national event offering both in-person and online participation. This year’s conference themed, “Feed production and formulation technologies: Considerations for a sustainable industry,” comes at an ideal time as Canada makes a commitment to reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 40 to 45% below 2005 levels by 2030. Experts will share their knowledge on new innovations related to sustainability in the context of the feed industry.

Excitement building
With over 200 in-person participants already registered, “we are looking forward to bringing together colleagues from across Canada and beyond to share knowledge in this exceptional learning and networking opportunity,” says Renée Petri of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, ANCC Program Co-Chair. “There is a lot of excitement building toward this event, particularly with the return of in-person activities. At the same time, our online option ensures everyone will have the opportunity to participate. If you’re part of Canada’s animal nutrition industry, you should be part of the ANCC. Join us for a great event!”

Innovation, learning, networking
Hosted by the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada (ANAC), the ANCC affords individuals the opportunity to participate in a multi-species, industry-driven event featuring a balance of generalist and species specific technical topics, learn about the newest innovations in animal nutrition, network with colleagues from diverse areas of expertise and gain insight into Canadian graduate student research.

In-person and online options
Conference sessions will also be livestreamed for virtual attendees. Both in-person and virtual participants will have access to recorded versions of the sessions to view at their convenience after the event. Full program details and registration information are all available at www.anacan.org/education-and-events/annual-conference/.
