Danisco Animal Nutrition and Partners Discuss how Emerged and Emerging Worlds will Benefit from Future Enzyme Technologies at Eurotier

Danisco Animal Nutrition, a subsidiary of DuPont Industrial Biosciences, will celebrate 25+ years of enzyme innovation at Eurotier with a VIP seminar co-hosted with All About Feed. The seminar, entitled, "How can the developed and developing world benefit from future enzyme technologies?" will be moderated by Emmy Koeleman, Editor of AllAboutFeed and will include the following topics:
  • What future food security means to the developing and developed world - Nan-Dirk Mulder, Associate Director Commodities, Feed and Animal Nutrition at Rabobank International, will outline the different issues faced by the developing and developed world in terms of achieving food security and how that relates to the penetration of feed enzyme technologies.
     
  • The role that enzymes can play in terms of increasing the efficiency by which animals convert feed into protein - Charlotte Poulsen, Senior Staff Scientist at DuPont, will address how science and feed enzymes in particular can help resolve food security issues in the developing and developed world.
     
  • Phytase – a mature or immature technology? - Dr. Peter Selle, Adjunct Associate Professor Poultry Research Foundation, University of Sydney, will discuss the future of phytase in the context of the developing and developed world.
