The first day features technical presentations from the regional and global veterinary experts within the commercial companies who are supporting the meeting as well the prestigious Asian Avian Pathology Lecture. This year’s Avian Pathology Lecturer is Prof Aini Ideris from Malaysia who will be reflecting on the recent advances on Newcastle Disease Virus. On the second day, researchers from the region will share their latest findings with delegates.
This meeting will also host the presentation of two of WVPA’s awards – the WVPA-Zoetis Young Poultry Veterinarian Award and the WVPA Merial Innovation in Vaccination Award. "This is the third of our Asian meetings", said WVPA president, Nigel Horrox. “And it has already become a ‘must attend’ meeting for those involved in all aspects of poultry health in Asia. We are looking forward to another good Asian meeting with plenty of new information and networking opportunities”.
