World Pork Expo, the world’s largest pork-specific trade show, is presented by the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC). More than 375 commercial exhibitors will display the latest pork-production technologies, products and services at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.

Seminars
Free seminars are always a highlight. Attendees can hear the latest management information and industry insights at the PORK Academy. Additional business seminars will be offered on Wednesday and Thursday.

World Pork Expo Junior National
Presented by the National Junior Swine Association and Team Purebred, this ever-growing event attracts youth exhibitors from throughout the country. The training and educational programming, judging contests, swine shows and other activities take place each day of Expo.

Trade Show
Hundreds of commercial exhibitors will display the latest pork-production technologies, products and services, making this the world’s largest pork-specific trade show. Trade show hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 3-4, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 5.

MusicFest
Adding to the festive atmosphere is MusicFest, a social highlight on Thursday afternoon where Expo attendees can relax, and enjoy free roast pork and refreshments along the Grand Concourse.

World Pork Open Clay Target Championship
The five-person-team shootout, held on Thursday, June 4, has become a “must” for many attendees.

World Pork Open Golf Outing
On Wednesday, June 5, golf enthusiasts will take part in the World Pork Open and compete for special prizes. Attendees may sign up individually or as a foursome.

Pre-Expo Industry Tours
Producers from throughout the world can get a first-hand look at Midwestern agriculture and experience grassroots hospitality as part of the pre-Expo tours, held on June 1-2.
