The World Pork Expo is the trade show for the pork industry worldwide. It''s the perfect showcase for companies who wish to build valuable relationships with the pork producers who use their products. Technology, genetics, nutrition, equipment...no matter your product or service, it belongs at World Pork Expo.
The 2005 World Pork Expo was held June 9-11 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, Iowa, USA. More than 31,000 people attended, including 2,150 international visitors from some 40 countries.
The show featured 441 swine-specific exhibitors as well as 50 farm toy exhibitors and 86 BarBQlossal contest teams. At the World Pork Expo Breed Show and Sale, the top boar sold for $50,000.
The 2006 World Pork Expo will be held June 8-10 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.

º World Pork Expo Junior National: In its third year, the Junior National is open to exhibitors age 21 and under.
º 18th Annual Pig-Casso™ Art Show: Don´t miss PigCasso™, World Pork Expo´s art show. From fine art to funky fun, PigCasso entries all have something to do with pigs. Open during trade show hours in the Cattle Barn.
