A Unique Event for the Country of the Poultry Industry.
Ave Expo was born in 2005 to be soon consolidated as the biggest event for the Brazilian poultry sector.
Two strong points emphasize Ave Expo: a highly selected audience of decision makers, along with the high level of the approached topics.
Expectations for 2009 support the influence of this event on the international stage: more than 50 exhibiting companies, about 60 technical lectures, attendees from more than 30 countries, more than 1,000 congressmen and 8,000 visitors during the 3 days of the event.
Today Ave Expo is considered by professionals of the poultry industry as an excellent opportunity for information exchange, business operations and direct contact with the newest tendencies of the poultry sector worldwide.
The first 2 editions of Ave Expo were marked by the success and the innovation around the show. The event, unprecedented in the history of the Brazilian agribusinesses for being exclusively devoted to poultry, gathered in its last edition attendees from 25 countries, counted on 730 congressmen, along with the presence of 50 exhibiting companies during the three days the show lasted.
“At least two important points marked this edition: the qualified public, and the quality of both lecturers and approached topics”, stated Osler Desouzart, president of the event. During Ave Expo 2007, a highest-quality programme of seminars and lectures was presented by the most renowned lecturers of the poultry sector. The show gathered about 50 exhibiting companies, and concluded with a record attendance, more than 5,000 visitors in 3 days of event.
The organizing committee celebrated the success of the show: “Many exhibitors have already confirmed their presences for the next edition, reminding that the event is held every 2 years, and that the show always guarantees novelties on the approached topics”, affirmed Desouzart.
About the Forum
The 3rd International Poultry Forum will be held at Hotel Mabu Thermas & Resort, on August 19-21, 2009. It will gather producers, entrepreneurs, and experts from 32 countries to discuss the trends and perspectives of poultry production in the next 12 years.
Lectures will be divided in “Technical Specialization Seminars”, where participants can choose their specific areas of interest, and “Main Lectures”, which interest all participants.
In the previous edition, in 2007, more than 5,000 visitors and 730 participants cam from 25 different countries, numbers that consolidate the concept of a modern and profitable event for poultry professionals of the Americas.
Lectures of more than 50 renowned world-class professionals and researchers will present updated technologies and information on animal welfare, environment, economy, global market, management, reproduction, genetics, health, nutrition and facilities.
On August 19, the main conferences will be held in the main auditorium of Hotel Mabu.
On August 20-21, there will be four simultaneous courses on meat processing, management and animal welfare, nutrition, and health. These seminars are an excellent opportunity for professionals, producers, and those linked to poultry production to update their knowledge.
More than 1,000 participants from 30 countries, representing Latin America and other poultry-producing regions, are expected.
