The role of wood pellet fuel is undergoing dynamic development in international heating markets. The number of pellet heating systems supplying heat to private houses and apartment buildings, as well as to local heating networks and large, megawatt-scale plants, is growing at pace along with the number of pellet manufacturing facilities worldwide. The imminent introduction of an EU norm for wood pellets and its implementation using the ENplus quality certification label will involve comprehensive quality assurance for the fuel on an international scale. The 10th Pellets Industry Forum will take place against the backdrop of this dynamic market environment on September 7-8 at the International Congress Center of the Stuttgart Trade Fair Center. The organizer, Solar Promotion GmbH, expects around 550 experts and decision makers from all over the world to attend. In parallel to the conference, a specialist exhibition will present the latest technologies, products and services from the pellet industry.
