The Burlington Hotel
Dublin - Ireland

Ireland will host the International Dairy Federation World Dairy Summit from 29th September to 4th October 2007 with the theme - Dairying - Can It Manage Change? Up to 1,000 delegates from all over the world are expected to attend.

The 2007 IDF World Dairy Summit is the pre-eminent marketing opportunity in the dairy industry to:
• Create awareness and change attitudes for your products and services.
• Develop and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Enhance your company profile and market position.

The WDS 2007 theme is “Dairying - can it manage change?” offering sessions to stimulate thinking beyond the contemporary in areas of global trade, marketing, dairy science and technology, nutrition and dairy farming.

Ireland is naturally endowed with all the advantages for dairying – good soil, mild climate, the warming influence of the Gulf Stream and high volumes of unpolluted rainfall from South Westerly winds that blow from the Atlantic Ocean. It has been known for centuries as the Emerald or Green Isle because of the richness of the grass on which its dairy herds feed for much of the year.

Take this opportunity to mix Irish culture with what is promising to be an excellent World Dairy Summit programme in Ireland´s capital city, Dublin.
