Agromek 2008 will be held from Tuesday 25th to Saturday 29th November 2008 in the MCH Messecenter Herning, Denmark.
Record Agromek in November
This exhibition, which is one of the leading agricultural exhibitions in Europe, will now be held each year in November
Agromek, which is one of the leading agricultural exhibitions in Europe, will set a new record for extent when the exhibition is held this year during the period 25th to 29th November.
Agromek will be held at its traditional venue in the MCH Exhibition Centre, Herning Denmark.
Exhibition Manager Jan T. Pedersen, Agromek has stated the following:
- Almost all of the available 50,000 square metres of stand space in the MCH exhibition halls in Herning have now been booked.
- This means that this new November Agromek will apply a total of approximately 96,000 square metres in the MCH halls at Herning for a grand total of 540 exhibitors. This Agromek exhibition will definitely be the largest event to take place during the entire history of the Agromek exhibitions.
Agromek and Agromek Livestock
The Exhibition Manager is both very satisfied and proud of this new exhibition record – particularly because of this November Agromek being held in accordance with a completely new concept and the fact that the November exhibition is the second event to be held in 2008.
Hitherto, the Agromek exhibition has been held in January every year since 1975.
Agromek will continue to be held every year although there will be a varying content and extent from year to year. Equipment and technology for livestock farming, grain treatment and the production of feedstuffs, etc. will be exhibited every year.
Machinery and equipment for fieldwork will, in future, be exhibited at Agromek in even years – November 2008, 2010, etc. – under the original name: Agromek.
In the odd years – 2009, 2011, etc. – the exhibition will be held under the name: Agromek Livestock.
