Biography
Jose obtained a degree as a veterinarian from the University of Chile in 2004. Between 2005 and 2012, he worked as a field veterinarian for Agrosuper in Chile. Then, he moved to Australia and completed a Master's by Research at The University of Melbourne. After working for Baiada Turkeys in 2014, he rejoined The University of Melbourne in 2015 and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in 2020. In 2019, Jose joined Research and Development at Solexia.

Biography
Alip Kumar is currently in his final semester of his PhD in poultry nutrition and gut health at the University of New England, Australia and he works with A/Prof Shubiao Wu. He obtained his BSc and MSc in animal science from Bangladesh and MSc in monogastric animal nutrition from South Korea. His research focuses on "Necrotic enteritis in broiler chickens: alternatives to in-feed antibiotics and gut health".
