Microencapsulated to increase thermal stability and to survive steam pelleting with a recovery rate of up to 94%. Chickens fed stabilized enzyme showed higher bone ash (stronger bones), higher weight gain and better overall better improvement. Stabilized enzymes are used to increase gut health. Note the lack of dust demonstrating the capability of the technology to deliver uniform sized particles even the original raw material particles were irregular in shape.
