Gut health that translates into performance
A synbiotic designed to support gut balance and optimize production performance. It helps reduce Salmonella colonization, improve feed conversion and promote batch uniformity, reducing reliance on antibiotics.

8% Additional average digestibility in poultry
3 Strains with fully sequenced genomes
85 °C Heat stability in pelleting, 6 minutes
14+ Peer-reviewed publications in poultry alone
The consortium. Three strains, one single system
Heat-stable spores selected for their enzymatic, antimicrobial and microbiota-modulating synergy, boosted by a carefully selected prebiotic component.
B. subtilis
Germinates in the gut and reinforces the barrier against pathogens. It produces surfactins and fengycins, with strong ecological regulating action.
B. amyloliquefaciens
Amylases and cellulases: it increases ileal digestibility and reduces ileitis. It also regulates the gut mycobiome.
B. licheniformis
Proteolytic enzymes and an antimicrobial profile against Clostridium. It delivers digestive stability and better nutrient utilization.
How it works. A multifunctional DFM, not single-function
Where a traditional direct-fed microbial (DFM) does one thing only, Norum™ combines antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and gut health benefits in a single solution.
Antioxidant. It neutralizes reactive oxygen species (ROS), protecting tissues and cells from oxidative stress.
Anti-inflammatory. It reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines and strengthens the integrity of the gut barrier.
Competitive exclusion. It displaces pathogens such as Salmonella and Clostridium perfringens without resorting to antibiotics.
Natural enzymes. They improve digestibility and feed conversion.
Production benefits. Stable biology becomes performance
Better feed conversion
More kilos per kilo of feed and better batch uniformity.
Salmonella reduction
Reduced colonization, demonstrated in challenge models.
Antibiotic-free
Equal or better performance in antibiotic-free programs.
Necrotic enteritis
A sealed gut barrier with greater resistance.
Less dysbiosis
A gut that is more resilient to diet changes and health challenges.
Sustainable performance
Consistent, measurable results across the whole cycle.

Dosing. 100 grams per tonne, alive all the way to the gut
One presentation and one dose: 100 g of Norum™ 1% per 1,000 kg of finished feed. The hard part is not mixing them in, it is getting them there alive.

The spores withstand 85 °C for 6 minutes of pelleting and tolerate up to 0.3% formaldehyde, so the dose that goes into the mixer is the dose that reaches the animal. Our technical team defines the program with you, according to species and production stage.
