The modern poultry industry is under increasing pressure to optimize efficiency following the phase-out of antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs). To achieve this, we must prioritize gastrointestinal tract (GIT) health to ensure effective nutrient assimilation and robust immunity. Growing concerns regarding antimicrobial resistance and food safety risks from antibiotic residues necessitate a shift toward safe, natural alternatives. Non-AGP solutions provide residue-free options that enhance bird health without contributing to resistance. A sustainable strategy moving forward involves integrating improved hygiene, biosecurity, and management practices to focus on meat safety, gut health, and an improved Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) through optimal nutrient
absorption.

FOR TOMORROW”.
Introducing Gallinase
Gallinase is a feed supplement specifically formulated for inclusion in the poultry diet. The primary objectives of this product are to exert targeted antimicrobial effects, mitigate detrimental oxidative stress within the intestinal tract and to enhance digestive efficiency. Gallinase, a comprehensive feed supplement formulated to enhance the enteric environment through the synergistic action of three primary components: Lysozyme, Glucose Oxidase and Sodium Taurocholate.
Gallinase Synergistic Effect
1. Enhanced Susceptibility – Gallinase increases the vulnerability of pathogens through a dual mechanism. It physically and enzymatically damages the membranes of both Gram-negative and Gram-positive pathogens. This damage, in turn, makes the entire pathogenic population more susceptible to the chemical oxidative stress caused by the H2O2 produced by Gallinase.
2. Nutrient Diversion – Gallinase improves nutrient digestion, significantly lowering substrate reaching the distal gut. This starves opportunistic and pathogenic microflora, while simultaneously promoting beneficial bacteria (probiotics) by creating favorable anaerobic conditions.
3. Integrated Gut Function – By diminishing the pathogen burden and restricting the availability of unassimilated nutrients, Gallinase contributes to a reduction in intestinal inflammation. This culminates in a more resilient epithelial barrier (thereby ameliorating intestinal hyperpermeability or leaky gut) and a potentiated local
immune response.
Benefits
1. Actively eliminates pathogenic bacteria and reduces harmful microbial load
2. Supports the growth and stability of beneficial gut microbiota
3. Improves gut integrity, overall intestinal health, and immunity
4. Assists with stress management
5. Ensures no resistance or residues
6. Improves meat quality and safety
Unlike conventional approaches, Gallinase enables birds to perform efficiently by optimizing their internal ecosystem rather than relying on external suppression.
