The new filling station for liquid Silage additives and the upgraded FORMI NDF production unit has been shown for the first time to ADDCON´s partners at the recently held ADDCON in site! event.
On September 30th Mr. Kochannek welcomed the invited guests to the ADDCON factory in Porsgrunn, Norway. In his welcome speech, Mr. Kochannek shared his views on Green Chemistry and ADDCON LEG Principle (Low dosage & Effective Green Products). "The LEG Principle is always in the focus when we innovate for new products and applications. We are going for the most effective products and we leave out any "foo foo dust", says Mr. Kochannek.In his speech, Mr. Kochannek also made public, that ADDCON and some of its industry partners are going to host the "International Acidifier Summit" in Bangkok in March 2011.
Then, ADDCON and its partners as well as academia are going to elaborate the most effective use of acids for feed preservation and for the use in animal diets. Details on the program will be announced soon.Mr Geir Sundmark, who was one of the driving forces in the upgrading of the facilities in Norway presented facts & figures about the site in Norway. Dr Horst Auerbach, CRO of the ADDCON Group then talked about the main product lines which are produced and filled in the new production lines namely FORMI NDF and GrasAAT.
As interesting as the presentations was the tour through the production site of ADDCON in Norway. Special focus was paid on the new and upgraded production lines, but also the other production sites and storage tanks have been shown to ADDCON´s guests.
