PREVIEW: VIV INDIA 2007

From November 1 – 3, 2007, the first edition of VIV India takes place in New Delhi, India. With VIV India, the worldwide renowned Feed to Meat concept of VIV is brought right into the world´s 2nd most promising market. International and Indian exhibitors will be presenting their solutions for the Indian innovative animal husbandry in the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre in New Delhi. Solutions are not only presented through the exhibition, but also by an attractive range of conferences and seminars. This makes VIV India 2007 a unique trade and learning event for the poultry, aquaculture and dairy industries of India, its surrounding countries Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh and the Middle East.

A unique and complete mix of suppliers

Since VNU Exhibitions, organiser of the worldwide VIV trade shows, announced that VIV India would be the latest brand extension of VIV, several other competing initiatives were launched. However, none of them is able to close the gap with VIV India. VIV India is the only exhibition for the animal husbandry industry in India that has the largest and most complete mix of international and national suppliers that covers the entire animal production chain, from Feed to Meat for Poultry, Aqua and Dairy ever seen in India. The CLFMA of India, the all-India Association of Livestock Industry, and the Poultry Federation of India, exclusively support VIV India.

Knowledge transfer and problem solving

Knowledge transfer is a key element of VIV India 2007. Visitors can gain information for learning or problem solving purposes from exhibiting suppliers and leading international organisations in the attractive seminar and conference program or at the speaker´s corner, where several exhibitors give 30-minute presentations of their company innovations and best practices. Novus organises a special day-long Aquaculture Conference, aimed at the Indian market.

To visit VIV India 2007, visitors can download a registration form on www.viv.net and send it per fax or e-mail to the organisation in India, or take it with them to the exhibition. Entrance is free of charge.
