The third edition of the Latin American Animal Nutrition Association (CLANA) Congress will be held in the white and turquoise setting of Cancun, in Quintana Roo, Mexico, from November 18th to the 21st of this year. It will be an academic and scientific discussion forum on the main topics of animal nutrition and feeding, with the purpose of improving production efficiency of healthy, safe and affordable animal origin foods for the population of the countries in our region.
Relevant subjects such as the optimal use of traditional and alternative sources of energy and protein, intestinal health and integrity as nutrient utilization mechanisms, utilization of nutritional and non-nutritional additives that assure quality of meat, milk and eggs, the use of direct-fed microorganisms as a source of health and improvement of intestinal environment, will be the discussion topics - among others - during this event that is getting better year after year.
We hope that the participation of our invited speakers and of the paper speakers from all over Latin America, will enhance discussion of ideas in a freedom of speech and scientific rigor atmosphere.
