Endectocide and fasciolicide
FORMULA: Ivermectin 1 g, clorsulon 10 g, excipients q.s. ad 100 mL.
THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: Treatment and control of internal parasitosis (gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes), fascioliasis and mange (and other ectoparasites). Its spectrum includes: Fasciola hepatica (delayed inmature and adult), Haemonchus spp., Ostertagia spp., Trichostrongylus spp, Cooperia spp., Oesophagostomum spp., Dyctiocaulus viviparus, Dermatobia hominis, Psoroptes bovis, among many other internal and external parasites.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Subcutaneous injectable route. The dose is 200 micrograms/kg body weight of ivermectin and 2,000 micrograms/kg body weight of clorsulon, which in practice is equivalent to 1 mL/50 kg body weight.
