Mr. Fraudeau is retiring, as stated in the release: "After 28 years with Novus and almost 8 years at the helm of the company, I’ve shared with our Board of Directors my intent to retire at the end of this fiscal year, March 31st, 2020."

It is an honourable decision, well crafted and when the occasion is loudest. I doffed my cap for an “Executive “ achiever, who has tremendously sacrificed his time experience and resources to the upliftment of his “dear “ technical company; to a highly competitive edge.
