1) Free range are not the same as organic. 2) Older broilers are different, considering usual parameters of meat quality aspects, when compared with 42 days old broilers. 3) Quality still is influenced by the way the hen is cooked!!!!(But I don't have data about this). 3) It is a fact that high percentage of people around the world prefer and need to consume more healthier chicken meat (no drug residues inside) in aim to reach a century years old. 4) Well understood: Last month Organic Chickens weren´t environmental friendly and this month they have a poorer taste. 5) All this may be true but depends on the parameters you choose to evaluate and compare conventional and organic broilers.
