dear sir, very nice article with new technology for differential diagnosis. Avian Influenza virus has gained importance very recently say 15years but ND virus is very old and are controlled through vaccination in poultry. ND can cause conjunctivitis in human being some time but AI virus there is no definite trend of zoonotic importance and any infection to human being said to create pandemic But there are reports widely penetrating every where the importance of AI virus. what is the future of the poultry production on this globe when scientist have helped the state management to handle AI virus at the state cost. I do not see any good sign the way the issue is taken up every where on AI virus and perhaps it is fitness to eliminate chicken , turkey , ducks from commercial production when all are disturbed with apprehensions and suspicions. Let the migratory birds and wild birds be there on this planet.AI virus handling is getting expensive. Let us find out answer to such issue when international trade is now guided by such AI virus in poultry sector. The article is very interesting thank you sir.
