Best ventilation procedure for day old broiler

What would be the best solution when temperature is 35c or plus broiler chicks are day old? what kind of fan, pad and water rates are good to control temperature and avoid chilling of birds?The system is Roxell/Fancom.

Cooling should be kept 1 degree above the set temp so as to keep min fans running and internal settings of cooling should be so adjusted that only a part of pad is getting wet .roughly u can start from 150 and 20 but it depend upon lot of factors so adjust it according to situation.
Keep in mind don't let temp go above or much below set temp.
