Can the author explain why this should be holistic? I know universities that do over 300 analytes in one LC-MS-MS run. So 37+ sounds little.

Yes Norbert, I can explain. We are aware that some Universities can analyze more mycotoxins but not available commercially on an extended scale. We can analyze on a commercial scale.
