Rated at capacities from 1-2 TPH to 17-20 TPH the Calormatic system is a very reliable machine used in several applications. Most of our customers located in north of the US had Calormatic systems to defrost soybeans before oil extraction during the winter time, by doing this the beans can be processed at the right temperature and also the process to deactivate the anti-nutritional factors is precipitated at the same time. The unique design to recirculate the heated air and use it again reduces operational cost due to a reduction on the fuel usage required to generate the heat and the fluid bed zone inside the machine allows the product to be in contact with heated air in a uniform way providing consistency and good final product quality. By using this process is it possible to reduce the protein degradability in the rumen? If yes, then the protein value of a number of protein sources (soybean meal, rape seed meal etc) for ruminants will be upgraded.
