Can oil be recovered physically from rice bran by rupturing the cell

In the past using a single screw extruder ( insta pro) the cell wall of the rice bran has been ruptured enabling the oil to get separated from the bran however the extraction of the oil physically from the bran were not studied.it is now proposed by me to extract rice bran oil directly at the rice mills itself, first by rupturing the cell and then using an expeller (oil mill) to extract the oil. I need advise on how the entire 20/23 % oil in the bran can be physically separated once the cell wall has been adequately ruptured. The problem is that once the extrudate starts cooling physical extraction is not economical.
