Summary In this paper comparison of efficiency of commercially available antibiotic susceptibility test MASTiK ® with traditionally used Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method in cow mastitis cases was described. It is a good test for field vets but at the same time collecting samples in sterile conditon is also diffcult. Sometimes it happens that invitro sensitive antibiotics do not have results when used for the clinical case.
