Biomagnification of Taxophen and ddt is very serious issue. Furtherly both of the studies should be conducted on the basis of Ecology of Aquaculture environment, and also with the Detoxification of Fish by their Liver metabolism and Genes responsible for Enzymatic degradation of Fish should be cloned to combat the less intake of Taxophen and their Accumulation Hindrance factors.
