Hi, This product is a designed system from Synexis Biodefense. They would be the ones to contact about use, installation, and pricing. The poultry contact within Synexis is Miguel Barrios, mbarrios@synexis.com. Thank you for your question.

Hi,

don´t you have any experiences with another chemosterilant for hatchery - chlorine dioxide vapours (e.g. DutriGel), intended as substitution of dangerous formalin? If yes, what is your opinion? Thanks.

There are only six chemostrilants. Out of six one is hydrogen peroxide, cleaning and decontamination hatchery should be evaluated by means of microbiological assay by means of plate exposure/surface sanitation of hatcher/setter/hatchery floor/walls/personal hygiene should be evaluated by mini swab-area -1 sq foot/mdium swab-1 sq metr/and mega swab-area 100 sq foot. for every hatch fluff should be screened for microbial contamination.fumigation of setter and hatcher with formalin and pot. permangnate is a routine standard practice. sanitation of hatching eggs. for fumigation hatching eggs maintainance of humidity >75 percent is essential.for fungal decontamination use of hot hydrogen per oxide >60 degrees c is highly effective.to sum up microbiological evaluation of hatchery sanitation is an essential prerequisite
