Dr David and Dr Martin, complementing the previous considerations, if the hypothesis of saving some amino acids (arginine, methionine and glycine) is true, in addition to enabling a line of research to evaluate supplementation of the product CREAMINO, in diets with suboptimal levels of those three (3) amino acids. And that the positive effect of the product goes beyond that of increasing the endogenous synthesis of creatine.

Dear Prof. Juarez Donzele,

Regarding Guanidine Acetic Acid (GAA),

Formation each mole of GAA consumes a mol of Arg and a mol of Gly. Then supplementation diet with GAA can save some Arg and Gly but any way GAA needs to be methylated by a methyl donor like Met to form Creatine, therefore supplementation diet with GAA may not help suboptimal diet with SAA.

Dr Ali Afsar, understood the fact that CREAMINO does not save sulfur amino acid. However, based on some information, such as that of MAUGHANMM, 2000, who reports the possibility of creatine supplementation suppressing endogenous creatine synthesis. In this case, arginine and glycine would be as you said, spared by increasing their endogenous availability. Considering the countless metabolic possibilities of the various compounds derived from arginine, especially those involved in protein synthesis, as well as those related to the animal's immune system, added to the effect of reducing the inflammatory response by the action of glycine, we understand that the effect of CREAMINO passes also by increasing the metabolic availability of arginine and glycine. In this way it can be deduced that the positive effect of CREAMINO goes beyond just creatine synthesis.

Thank you dott. Albert. I have two question. 1) what is the optimal dose for piglets from 7-30 kg? Have you experience use on the lactation sow? 2) have you a distributor in Italy? Thank you in advance.

Dear dott. Tartarini,

thank you very much for getting in contact with us. Generally we recommand an inclusion rate of 0.12% for swine applications in general. However, it always makes sense to look on the specific sitatuation.
Swine is a relatively newly registered additional application for Creamino. We have good reasons for and first indications of benefits in lactating sows, such as reduction of stillborn piglets, better birth weights, better resiliance of the sow itself to birth stress and so on. We are currently in the process of broadening the statistical basis of sow and swine applications and are open and interested in joint approaches.
Regarding our distribution situation in Italy I have sent you on email to your contact data, so that we can explore possibilities directly.

grazie e cordiali saluti

Here in Nigeria, there are a lot of challenges we are facing in getting quality feeds for livestock due to high cost of energy and protein concentrates which is not commensurable with what client could afford when you consider selling product to make profit.
I believe creamino to be the smart way to really reduce cost of production and help farmers to get a reasonable profit vis a vis making meat and livestock products affordable by the consumer.
Like to ask if when adding creamino in feed formulation, what level are we to reduce the protein ( amino acid) and metabolizable energy of the diet?
For example we all know 3000 to 3200kcal/kg is d ME for broilers, should I reduce to like 2850 when introducing creamino?
Wish to get your product here in Nigeria perhaps if you have a distributor already as I intend to recommend the start of a feed manufacturing section in my place of work

tosin olonijolu Dear Mr. Olonijolu,

Creamino is direct energy for the (muscle) cells and it is available in Nigeria. Creamino can be used to either increase performance (e.g. higher breast meat yield, higher BWG) or to reduce feed costs. To find the most beneficial approach we have to look at the current feed formulation and calculate how much energy can be substituted with Creamino in the feed. Please contact me directly: felix.klose@alzchem.com

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards

Dear all,

We run a couple of trials with Creamino and the effects were very consistent in non-animal protein diets; we got 4 point feed conversion improvement in those diets. I spoke with some nutritionists and they believe this is due to the L-Arginine contribution

Thank you

Fausto Solis Hi Fausto, Thank you for your comments. While Creamino does have an arginine sparing effect, we see a similar response in diets that have more than adequate arginine levels. Creamino supplementation will increase muscle creatine content by 20-30% and this boost in energy at the cellular level undoubtedly has a role in the improved performance noted.

The consideration made by Dr. Fausto, associating the effect of CREAMINO, in part, related to the amino acid arginine, is consistent with the proposition I made in my opinion.

Juarez Donzele There is definitely a relationship with arginine but that is only part of the equation.
