The waste of eggs and embryos can be crushed by means of a macerator.

• One macerator with knife crushing system +motor

2) ONE DAY OLD COCKEREL KILLER

The System is designed to kill instantaneously one day old poultry. It is adapted to all types of poultry products : chicks, turkey poults, ducklings...

The basic Equipment includes : Framework, stand and protective grill.
A hopper with side deflectors for collecting and canalising the product into the base of the Machine. Two stainless steel drums set close together. Each drum has a number of square tubes in stainless steel welded to the entire length of the drum. The System ensures that all birds and shells passing through the drums will be crushed and any living bird will be instantaneously Killed by suffocation. Motorization and Connecting elements.
