We also promote linseed, either crude or cooked, as a vegetal source of protein beside, linseed is known to be the best vegetal source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids (ALA).

OMEGALIN, source of protein and fat, is a range of products based on specific linseed varieties, which are rich in Omega 3 (ALA) ; this linseed is cooked and extruded in order to:

- Deactivate antinutritional factors ;
- Ensure oxidative stability ;
- Increase protein digestibility ;
- Enhance bioavailability of the oil.
