Cooling chamber is designed for cooling products after smoking processing. Specially designed system of pipes and snouts splashes products with cold water making water vapor inside the chamber. Vapor cooling system allows for reduction water consumption and time of cooling process.

Function:

Cooling chamber may be designed for any production capacity.
Microprocessor controlling allows for step by step cooling process. Temperature gauge (for each trolley separately) cuts water flow after set temperature in product is achieved and runs it again when temperature is rising. The system stops when exact temperature is achieved. Each trolley is splashed with few water flows: 1 from the top and aside by 2 of every corner of the trolley.

Construction:

The cooling chamber contains of stainless steel walls. There is one pair of doors in front of chamber. For customer request way-in chamber is available. The walls of chamber may be fully build or it may come with plastic windows that allows for observing cooling process. Hydraulic system is made of cooper pipes and plastic snouts. Temperature is controlled with system of gauges separate for every trolley.
