DESCRIPTION: TOXIBOND® PRO is a mix of thermically activated and hydrated Sodium and Calcium Aluminum Silicates (HSCAS), Mannan Oligo Saccharides (MOS), beta glucans (1-3 and 1-6 β-glucans), Fructo Oligo Saccharides (FOS), enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics (and silimarine) to be used as an improver of feed efficiency and as a Mycotoxin adsorbent in the fabrication of animal feed.

MODE OF ACTION: TOXIBOND® PRO combines the properties of different methods of mycotoxin control and attenuation. TOXIBOND® PRO faces the problem of mycotoxins control by different actions or strategies; combining the action of the control methods of its different components.

ADSORPTION: TOXIBOND® PRO contains hydrated calcium and sodium aluminum silicates (HSCAS) along with it electric activation makes it an excellent option to bind polar mycotoxins such as Aflatoxins, and other of lower polarity like Ochratoxin, Zeralenone, D.O.N., Citrinin and others. The esterified glucomannans extracted from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae provide large areas of adsorption with different pore size which can absorb different types of mycotoxins regardless of their polarity.

IMPROVES THE IMMUNE SYSTEM: TOXIBOND® PRO includes in its composition a mix of long chain carbohydrates, obtained from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae that stimulate the immune system; thus defending the animal from the immune suppression caused by the different mycotoxins.

The Mannan-Oligosaccharide (MOS) present in TOXIBOND® PRO are a potent immunity stimulant, and have the strength to bind pathogen bacteria such as E. coli, Clostridium, Vibrio and Salmonella in the gastro intestinal tract; they also can block pathogen colonization in digestive tract protecting it from new infections. The β 1,3 - β 1,6 D-Glucans (βG-MOS) are polysaccharides activators of the immune system. They activate non specific immune and resistance systems on a great variety of bacteria via macrophages.

THE PROLIFERATION OF BENEFIC FLORA: TOXIBOND® PRO contains four different types of probiotics: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longhum, Bifidobacterium thermophilum, and Streptococcus faecium; which contribute to increase passive immunity, they produce lactic acid in the small intestine lowering the pH of some regions destroying the pathogens present in the area. The four probiotics compete with pathogens occupying intestinal surface, thus making pathogens incapable of colonizing the digestive tract, and forcing them to be excreted in the feces.

TOXIBOND® PRO contains as well Fructo Oligo Saccharides (FOS), which are structural long chain carbohydrates extracted from the fermentation of Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus oryzae. They stimulate the growth of benefic bacteria, stabilize intestinal micro flora, block receptors in the wall of the large intestine, thus preventing the establishment of pathogenic bacteria, strength the immune system and improve infection resistance.

ENZYMATIC ELIMINATION: TOXIBOND® PRO Contains an enzymatic mix directed to the inactivation of the majority of low polarity mycotoxins by changing their structure and thus detoxifying the mycotoxins.
