The exclusive Eccentricless Drive provides a smooth, vibrationless and hi-intensity oscillatory motion of the spring suspended and inclined screen box, assuring immediate and even distribution and stratification of material over the entire screen surface. The resulting jolting action of the springs produces a fast flow and thorough screening at large capacities. The rugged and vibrationless frame also serves as base for pellet coolers or other equipment, allowing gravity flow of the material throughout the process system.
