In certain Asian countries, medicinal herbs are being incorporated in broiler feed in small farms. The inclusion of herbal additives is not being done in industrial feed mills. Certain Indian companies have herbal products which can be mixed to the broiler feed and some farmers are satisfied with these products. Research is necessary so as to accept the herbal products instead of antibiotics.
