Control Mycoplasma synoviae in broiler breeders

Mycoplasm synoviae is burning issue in broiler breeders. Though we adapted to strict bio security measures ELISA is positive for MS when the flocks come to later part of the production period. We are having multi age farms and we did MS killed vaccines but still problem persist. What is the best solution to this?
