•Who and what is AgriSyst?
Three senior professionals from the agricultural industry, each with his own expertise, have founded the company AgriSyst. AgriSyst offers pig producers and advisors/consultants the management method AgriSyst Change Management (ACM). This method is focused on large industrial pig production systems and is based on known and proven methods, like TQM, from other industries.
AgriSyst offers pig producers support and training in AgriSyst Change Management. This will be done at the facilities of the producers. The full proces in AgriSyst Change Management like audits, support and training will be done by experienced and independent specialists in farm management and/or specific expertises, like e.g. climate management, nutrition. AgriSyst advisors allways make a good and directive report based on audit and analysis. The report will also contain points of improvement and tips how to improve. Tools for training the farm staff will also be a part of the report.
