Basic information on Data Protection
This document details how ENGORMIX collects, uses and discloses information about you.
Our Privacy Policy applies to the processing of information about our member users and others who access our “Platform”.

In addition, we store information such as usage statistics through cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies.
If you choose to use certain features, we also collect information through other sources, such as social networking services, invitations, and imported contacts.
We collect information that you provide to us directly when you create an account, fill out a form or contact an ENGORMIX representative. The information we may collect includes identifiers, such as your name, your username, your password, your email address, your postal address and your telephone number; We also collect demographic data and any other personal data you choose to provide, such as photos, interest choices, professional or work-related information such as your position, company, and years of experience. There is certain information about you that you may optionally provide.
Posting personal or sensitive information about others without their permission violates our Community Guidelines.
When you use our Platform, we automatically store information about your activity on the internet and other electronic networks and other types of information, such as:
Log Information: about your use of the Platform, including the type of browser you use; the time, duration and frequency of your access; the Platform pages viewed; your IP address; and the page you visited before visiting the Platform.
Device information: about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Platform, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Geolocation Information: We may collect information about the location of your device each time you use the Platform based on your consent for us to collect this information, for example, when you enable location services. We may also collect information such as your IP address, which can sometimes be used to indicate an approximate location based on your device settings.
Data Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We and our service providers store data through various technologies, such as cookies and/or pixel tags (also called clear GIFs, web beacons, or pixels).
Cookies are data files that are stored in the memory of your hard drive or device that allow us to improve the Platform and the experience we offer you, as well as to control and monitor the use of our Platform.
Pixel tags are electronic images that track use of the Platform and give us information about the effectiveness of communications.
Other Information: With your permission we may collect other information from your device, such as gallery photos or calendar information that you wish to manage through the Platform.
We may store information about you from other sources from some features of our Platform.
We rely on those third-party services to have your consent or warrant that they are legally permitted or legally required to send us your information. Some examples are, among others:
Social networking services. When you sign up or log in to your account from a third-party social media service, we will access information from your third-party account from that service, including identifiers (your name, profile picture and email address), and use them for purposes such as improve ENGORMIX recommendations. We may also access your external account information if you use the “share a link” feature of our Platform.
Member content. We may also receive information from you when you or another member upload photos or post other content on the Platform.
We will use the information we have obtained about you for the following purposes:
Protect, improve, promote and operate, ENGORMIX and our Platform;
Contact us with you; and
Make the content of our Platform more personalized.
The data we obtain about you will also be related to the use and operation of the platform to:
Improve, maintain, advertise, promote, develop, link, prioritize the Platform, as well as in the development of products and services that are created (by incorporating them in tests or pilots of new or revised Platform functions, such as messaging functionality or search, or using information about your use of the Platform to develop new or revised messaging or search functionality), and managing the performance of the Platform;
Post information about you such as your list of interests, which will be visible on your profile;
Personalize the content of the Platform, and to this end suggest content that we think may be useful or of interest to you;
For a third-party social media service, if you connect your account through that service (which you can turn off at any time), and provide you with better recommendations;
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Platform;
In order to detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent actions, abuse and other illegal activities; protect your rights, property or safety of ENGORMIX; as well as ensuring faithful compliance with our policies; and comply with applicable legal and administrative regulations.
We may use information we have about you to link to us in order to:
Respond to questions and requests, and provide better customer service;
Contact us to inform you about our products, services and events, send you news and other information that may be of interest to you, send you online surveys, and contact you to invite you to events offered on our Platform.
Link you with other users, based on the communication preferences you indicate in your account; and
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and help, as well as administrative messages.
We may use information about you for the following purposes:
Offer you features and/or content that match your profile or interests;
Notify you of promotions;
Send marketing notices, subject to applicable law;
Incorporate the information we collect for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy; and
For any other purpose described at the time we collected the information.
We process your information to offer you services in accordance with our Terms of Use, for example, to display your profile to other members; to be able to send you important service updates; and to formalize a contract.
We will process your information for our security (for example, in some cases of direct marketing, fraud prevention, security of network systems and information, to respond to your communications, and to improve the Platform).
Sometimes you give us sensitive information about yourself. Posting information on the Platform on these topics is done entirely voluntarily and, depending on your profile settings (for example, public or private), our legal basis for processing any sensitive information is that you either make it public in a clear manner or you give your explicit consent.
We may disclose personal information about you to:
Users or social networking services, depending on how you interact with our Platform. All information that is uploaded to our Platform will be accessible to others, both inside and outside the Platform;
Our third-party service providers, who help us operate or improve our Platform;
The regulatory and control authorities, to comply with legal obligations or requests and to protect and defend our rights and our property; and
When you tell us to share your information.
We do not share or sell information about you in any way other than as described in this Privacy Policy.
We share some of the information we collect by displaying it on our Platform in accordance with your user profile and account settings.
Some information, like your username, is always public. Other data, such as interests, is public by default, but it is possible to hide it on our Platform.
Information that is public on the Platform will be accessible to others, both inside and outside the Platform.
From time to time we may use service providers in connection with the operation and improvement of our Platform for collaboration in certain commercial purposes, such as the transmission of emails, the conduct of surveys or contests, the protection of data, the management of our advertisements and some aspects of our customer service and technical assistance. These service providers, including data analytics providers, may access, process and store information about you only for purposes we authorize, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We may access, preserve, and disclose information about you to government and other outside entities, including the content of messages, only when disclosure is in compliance with, or required by, applicable law, regulation, legal process, or audit. We may also disclose information about you to protect the rights, property, or safety of ENGORMIX, or to prevent fraud and abuse.
The Platform offers social interaction features and integrated tools where you can link on our Platform with third party services, and vice versa. These features allow you to share information with other users, depending on the settings you have made in this service. The use of information by third party services will be governed by the privacy policies of those third parties and we have no control over the use that these third parties make of the shared data.
In the event that ENGORMIX is party to a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information about you may be shared, sold, or transferred as part of that transaction. We may also share information about you with current or future parent, affiliate or associated companies.
We may share information about you with your consent, at your direction, or when we have a legal right to do so. For example, your information may be shared with event sponsors and others as described when you register for an event. In addition, your information is disclosed to other users and event organizers when you register for and participate in an event.
We may authorize third parties to use technologies to collect data from you to offer services and publish advertisements for ENGORMIX. It is also possible to disable the collection or use of that information.
ENGORMIX is headquartered in the Argentine Republic and is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and we will process, transfer and store information in Canada and other countries.
We have developed, mapped out and implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Likewise, we cannot guarantee that these controls offer absolute security.
We do assure you that our Privacy Policy is updated regularly and does not apply to third parties.
ENGORMIX and other companies may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to store data about the use of our Platform, websites and other online sites.
ENGORMIX is headquartered in the Argentine Republic. It will transfer and process information about you in Canada and in countries other than your country of residence. We may have data protection and treatment laws that are different from the laws of your country and, in some cases, your rights may not be similarly protected. We have taken appropriate steps, such as standard contractual clauses, to require that your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We design, incorporate and adapt our technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from you. We store all the information you provide to us on servers where security controls are used. Those of us who make up ENGORMIX specialize in privacy policies and procedures, and we access personal information on a need-to-know basis as required by each range of users. We also use firewalls designed for protection against intruders and analysis of network vulnerabilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is completely and absolutely secure.
If you have a password that enables you to use our services, you are solely responsible for making that password complex and keeping it secure and confidential. If you wish to update or change your password, you can click on the link “Forgot your password?” that appears on the login page. We will send you an email so you can reset your password.
We may temporarily disable your account if you haven´t logged in for six months or more. Before this event you can contact us if you want to reactivate it.
In addition, we will retain certain information that we collect from you while you are visiting or using the Platform and, in some cases, when you have deleted your account, for the following purposes:
So that you can continue to use it;
To ensure that we do not contact you if you have asked us not to;
To better understand our Platform traffic so that we can provide all members with the best possible experience.
To detect and prevent abuse of our Platform, illegal activities, and breaches of our Terms of Use; and
To comply with applicable legal and administrative regulations.
Where we do not have an ongoing legitimate need to process your information, we will delete it or take steps to de-identify or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information you have provided to third parties, such as other users and others with whom you may share information about yourself. Our Platform may redirect you to a third party service, such as social networking services, or a portion of our Platform may be controlled by a third party (typically through the use of a separate frame or pop-up from other content on our Platform). Disclosure of information to these third parties is subject to the privacy policy of the applicable third party. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policy of third parties, even if we link those services to our Platform or share information with such third parties.
Users of our Platform are directly responsible for complying with all requirements of applicable privacy laws in relation to the information they obtain and process in order to manage their contacts and communicate with them or administer networks.
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we´ll let you know by posting the latest version and revising the date at the top of the page. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will provide you with additional notice, for example, by email or by displaying a prominent notice on our Platform.
You can review and modify the information we have collected about you and/or deactivate your account from your account settings, but we may retain certain information.
If you wish and/or if you consider it, you can remove the tags from the photos.
You can check your device settings for information on how to disable location-based features at any time.
You have the right to opt out of receiving further advertising messages from ENGORMIX, but you may still receive other non-advertising communications.
You may update your information or eliminate your account by following this path (Profile > Information > Edit Information) or by sending a request to contact@engormix.com.
The first time you access our Platform, and depending on your device settings, we will collect information about your location to make better recommendations about users and events in your area and to improve our Platform. If you do not want us to collect information about your location, you can prevent this by following these steps:
If you´re using a mobile app, change the settings on your device.
If you use our website, data about your approximate location will be obtained by means of a cookie. See our Cookie Policy for more information on how to manage the use of cookies.
Please note that our Platform or its features may stop working properly if you change the settings.
We may use and allow others to use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Platform and other websites and online services. See our Cookie Policy for details about these technologies and the information they collect, use or share, including how you can control or disable these services.
You can control some of the messages you receive from ENGORMIX and other members by selecting the unsubscribe link that appears in the message you have received, or by adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings. We´ll also send you a link to those settings when you first sign up, and in subsequent messages. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as those regarding your account or our ongoing business relationships.
You can also report inappropriate content to ENGORMIX. You are responsible for obtaining permission from non-users to post a photo of you on our Platform.
You can exercise your data protection rights, including to request ENGORMIX to delete or modify your information, or to give you access to it.
You have the right to opt out of receiving further advertising messages from ENGORMIX, but you may still receive other communications.
You can lodge complaints about the use of your information with your local data protection agency.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals who wish to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You can submit your request to us by sending an email to privacy@engormix.com.
Rights you may have, depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, may include:
Access, correct, update or request deletion of your information.
Object to the processing of your information by asking us to restrict it or requesting the portability of your information.
Decide not to receive commercial communications that we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by selecting the unsubscribe link that appears in the commercial emails we send you. Additionally, you can update your email preferences by changing your account settings.
Withdraw your consent at any time if we have collected and processed your information with your consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we carried out prior to its withdrawal, nor will it affect any processing of your information that is carried out for legal processing purposes other than consent.
File complaints with a data protection agency about our collection and use of your information.

As part of our services, service suppliers can also use cookies and the before-mentioned technologies to collect and store information through their devices, such as, page visit time, pages viewed, time spent on each page of the Platform, links that have been clicked, as well as data conversion, IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser, mobile network information and the type of operating system used.
ENGORMIX Ads: We have joined advertising networks, services suppliers and external editors to run our advertisements on other sites. These external services can configure cookies in your device or use the technologies described below to collect information about your activities in the Platform, in other websites and/or online services you use, and thus, deliver you ENGORMIX ads that match your interests and profile. For instance, if you visit our Platform and use a social network as well, you will be able to visualize ENGORMIX ads on said social networks.
External advertisers: We will work with advertisers and advertising services suppliers so as to deliver ads that are relevant to you according to your interests, your location or other information recalled about you, which can use a cookie or the technologies described below, included by ENGORMIX or a third party (though we will not share with other advertiser any information that can identify you) on our Platform or any other third-party website or online service. Having these technologies in your device allows you to be identified on different websites and online services.
Some cookies, known as “session cookies”, will remain on your device only the time you are navigating our Platform. Others, known as “persistent cookies”, are stored on your device for longer periods.
We will allow other organizations to develop analysis services and display advertisements on behalf of ENGORMIX. Furthermore, they will be able to use other technologies to recall information about your behavior on the Platform and other websites and online services.
Pixels tags. The pixels tags (also called clear GIFs, web beacons or pixels) are tiny pieces of code that can be added to websites and email messages. The pixels tags can be used to learn your activity on our websites and our email accounts. This information helps us and our partners to provide you a more customized experience.
Device identifiers. A device identifier is a unique tag that identifies mobile devices. Device identifiers may be used to track, analyze and improve our Platform performance as well as that of the ads we offer.
Local Storage. The local storage is a standard technology of the sector that allows the storage and recovery of data on a computer, a mobile or cell phone or another device. The local storage can be used to store preferences of the members on their devices.
Cookies. Most of the devices and web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can delete or reject them. You can find more information on how to block cookies on allaboutcookies.org. Remember that if you choose to delete or reject the cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Platform.
Customized Advertising. Users may be able to prevent customized ads, through different organizations, such as, the Digital Advertising Alliance, or, (if in the European Union), the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance. Editors’ advertising cookies could also be controlled through, for instance, the Google Ads Setting. Your device may also include a function that allows you to opt out from having certain information collected by apps that are used to offer behavioral advertising. Note that even though you opt out from receiving customized advertising, it is likely that you continue receiving it, although it may not be linked to your interests and activities.
We may modify this cookies Policy when considered convenient or appropriate. When we make any modification we will inform you, for which purpose, we will publish the latest version, and we will also revise the “last updated” date on the top of this page. To access the platform, prior subscription or registration as a user will not be required.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, to access certain services provided by our platform, it will be necessary for you to be previously registered.
It will also be necessary for you to keep your personal data up to date and report any changes you make to them.
ENGORMIX reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to temporarily suspend access to the platform and to make any changes it deems appropriate to its content or services.
You are responsible for all content and/or information and/or material that you post on our platform.
Such content must comply with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE of our platform, as well as with the privacy policy and the policies developed for the protection of intellectual property.
ENGORMIX does not guarantee the veracity, timeliness, validity, accuracy of any content that you incorporate into the platform.
We are not responsible for the Content that users post, nor for the communications that they send through our Platform.
Generally, we do not review Content before it is published. If you see content that violates our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, you can report the inappropriate content to us. You can send us the complaint to contact@engormix.com.
You agree to abide by the rules set forth in this TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE agreement when using our platform. These rules may be modified in the future.
Our platform allows you to post content, contact other users and/or us. We offer our Platform to you according to TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. We use “TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE” and “Agreement” interchangeably to refer to this document.
By using the Platform, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement. If you are using the Platform for a company, you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of that company and that you have the authority to bind that company to the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not or cannot accept this Agreement, please do not use our Platform.
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. When we make any changes, we will let you know. If we make any changes, we will notify you by posting the latest and updating the date at the top of the document.
When the modification and/or update is substantial, we will notify you reliably through the previously agreed contact instances and/or by posting prominent communication on our Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective will signify your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not wish to accept the Agreement, you may close your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access our Platform. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
For the benefit of the ENGORMIX community and/or to protect our brand and/or platform, and/or when we deem it convenient, we may modify, suspend or cancel your account or your access to the Platform if we consider that you have breached this agreement and /or our Privacy Policy, which is part of this.
Whenever necessary and/or you request it, we will inform you about the causes and/or reasons that led us to modify, suspend and/or cancel your account.
We may also delete user accounts that are inactive for a long period of time.
When you believe that any of the measures taken is due to an error, write to us at contact@engormix.com.
When you register, you provide us with basic information including an email address and password. Keep this information up to date.
You also agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your password (otherwise we reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel your account).
You are solely responsible for the consequences of not maintaining the security and/or confidentiality of your account and/or password.
If someone else is using your password or has accessed your account without your permission, write to us at contact@engormix.com.
You should know that you agree to a limited and non-exclusive, revocable right to use the platform and access the services and functions that we make available to you and use, as long as you respect the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE and the Privacy Policies .
You must follow our policies and rules when using our Platform.
ENGORMIX assumes no responsibility for the Content that you and/or any user and/or third party publish on our Platform.
When using our Platform, we require you to comply with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE and privacy policy. We also require you to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and not to violate or infringe the rights of third parties.
When you request access and use of certain areas and/or functions of the platform, you may be asked to accept compliance with additional conditions, rules, policies, standards, guidelines and/or restrictions, which will take precedence over the general conditions of use.
You compel yourself and agree to use the platform in compliance with your obligations and respecting the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
In particular, you agree to refrain yourself from the following actions:
a- Suppress, elude or manipulate the "copyright", and other information that specifies the rights of ENGORMIX or its owners, incorporated into the content published on the platform, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanism that they may contain.
b- Use the contents and, in particular, the information of ENGORMIX obtained through its platform in order to use them for advertising, make communications, include them in sales productions, or for any action without permission and/or prior and expressed authorization.
c- Reproduce or copy, distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the contents, unless you have the authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights or this is legally permitted.
Any form of transmission, distribution, storage, public communication, making available, reproduction, disassembly, reverse engineering, loan or rental and any other act of public exploitation of the ENGORMIX platform, its content and information is prohibited. The use of the site by each user does not entail transfer of ownership, right, license or any interest in such intellectual property, so the USER may use the contents for their own needs, but not to carry out any type of exploitation (direct or indirect) of a commercial nature.
The property rights over the trademarks, trade names, content, texts, images, sounds, videos, software, web structure, graphics, icons, industrial drawings, design, information or animations that constitute our platform, are the property of ENGORMIX and/or are legitimately exploited by virtue of agreements or licenses for use, being duly protected by existing regulations.
ENGORMIX does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of the services made available to you, and excludes any liability for damages and/or losses due to the lack of availability, reliability and/or continuity of its website and/or its services.
In no case will ENGORMIX be responsible for damages and/or losses resulting from the use, access, inability to use the content of this website or caused by any malfunction, omission, interruption and/or delay in transmission, viruses computer or line failure.
You assume that the Internet is not a completely secure medium and therefore, ENGORMIX cannot guarantee that any information or material that you, another user and/or any third party sends, places or transmits through the web is free of use or not authorized access.
However, ENGORMIX will adopt measures to preserve the security of the platform in accordance with reasonable criteria.
ENGORMIX will not be responsible for the contents that you, another user and/or third parties, send, use, either as a consequence of the normal use of the platform and/or as a consequence of unauthorized access to it and/or as a product of the alteration of its transmissions or data, of any of the content, material or data sent or received or not sent or received, which originated on the ENGORMIX platform.
Nor will it be responsible for the information and/or statements and/or opinions and/or behaviors expressed by users.
You will be absolutely responsible for the use of the content you access through the ENGORMIX platform, both directly and indirectly, including, but not limited to, any adverse economic, technical and/or legal result, as well as as the disappointment of the expectations generated by our portal, forcing the user to keep ENGORMIX harmless for any claims arising, directly or indirectly, from such events.
Nor will ENGORMIX be responsible for any comment or opinion that may appear in the platform forums. Users have the obligation to maintain appropriate conduct in accordance with legal regulations.
ENGORMIX will not be responsible for any action and/or claim initiated by third parties as a result of the action, omission, and/or breach of any user in relation to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE and/or Privacy Policies, and/or for non-compliance with current legislation.
You acknowledge and accept this document of TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE of our platform.
You agree to use the platform in accordance with current regulations and in accordance with this TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE document, correctly using the services available on the platform and the contents incorporated therein.

You may not propagate and/or upload racist, pornographic, discriminatory, defamatory, xenophobic content, or content that is likely to commit crimes of advocacy of terrorism or any content that aggravates constitutionally recognized human rights or any content that encourages violence or the dissemination of illegal content.
You may not use services or content owned by other users or entities or attempt to obtain access to documents of other users without prior authorization.
You may not destroy, alter, disable or damage the content, information, programs or electronic documents belonging to ENGORMIX, its suppliers or third parties.
You may not create false identities in order to harm and/or deceive other users and/or third parties in relation to the real identity of the sender, nor use, incorporate or link information about third parties without prior authorization. Nor may they provide third parties with email addresses of others, nor infringe the right to privacy or their own image or any other rights of third parties.
Nor may you enter without authorization the services, documents, contents, programs, systems or networks connected to them for the automatic search of passwords or by other means.
You may not use the service to send chain messages, spam, spamming and/or other messages, whether of a commercial nature or not, or any other sending that contains or implies the intervention of any harmful project, whether illegal or no, as well as improper use of user groups, chats, newsgroups, forums or other services that ENGORMIX may provide through the website.
The user will be civilly and/or criminally liable for the damages that ENGORMIX may suffer directly and/or indirectly as a result of non-compliance with the obligations derived from the privacy policy or any other legal obligations that may be applicable and will hold ENGORMIX harmless against any action and/or claim, whether administrative and/or judicial, that could be filed by any natural or legal person, state and/or religious entity, against ENGORMIX due to the breach of any of the aforementioned obligations, by of said user in relation to the use of the platform and/or services, content, materials, programs, messages, etc., linked to it in a manner contrary to this LEGAL NOTICE or applicable legislation.
ENGORMIX is not obliged to control the activities of the users, nor the content that they upload to the platform, nor to keep any content except by express judicial request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, reserves the right to restrict, suspend or prevent access to the platform and the services found on it, such as content, programs, messages, links, when deemed convenient and in protection of the users and when there are suspicions that any user has violated the law or the document of Terms and Conditions of use, without prejudice to any corresponding administrative, judicial and/or arbitration action. In case of breach by the user of these Terms and Conditions of use and/or current law, ENGORMIX may, without any right to compensation in favor of the user or any third party, cancel the quality of user of the platform and remove the corresponding content without prejudice to the rights of other users. ENGORMIX will not be responsible for the loss or damage suffered by any content or program or link uploaded by the user as a result of the publication, except for the rights that THE USER may have in relation to the laws in force on the matter.
ENGORMIX will not be responsible for the improper use by the user of the contents of our platform, being the sole responsibility of the person who accesses or uses them.
ENGORMIX will not be responsible in relation to the content of the web pages of other users or third parties that the user accesses through the links established on its website.
ENGORMIX has taken the corresponding security measures in order to prevent users and/or third parties from damaging content within the platform. For this reason, ENGORMIX will not be responsible for any damages that the user may suffer as a result of browsing the website.
In the event that any of the regulations contained in this document of TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE is declared null by administrative and/or judicial authorities, it is considered that the rest of the stipulations herein will remain as agreed.
ENGORMIX undertakes to update any stipulation affected by a possible declaration of nullity, approaching as much as possible what was originally stipulated. No rule in this document will be contrary to regulations and / or consumer laws.
In the event that you have a dispute with ENGORMIX, you agree that you will initially try to resolve it directly with us and without the intervention of third parties.
If you do not reach an amicable solution, you may submit said controversy before a conciliator, prior to taking the claim to court.
The claim must be initiated individually and/or individually, agreeing not to initiate any collective action.
Members residing in the EU may have additional or different rights under applicable law.
ENGORMIX will not become involved in any controversy you have with other members of the community, although we may propose amicable solutions.
Prior to making claims, you and ENGORMIX agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith discussions. We use the term “claim” in this section 10 to mean any dispute, claim, or controversy that arises in connection with your use of our Platform or this Agreement.
You or ENGORMIX may initiate this process by sending a written notice that describes the subject matter of the complaint and its proposed resolution.
In the event that we are unable to resolve the matter within 30 business days of receipt of the initial notice, you or ENGORMIX may file a claim under this section.
Members residing in European Union countries may have additional or different rights as provided by applicable law.
In the event that a solution is not reached between both parties, nor is it conciliatory, ENGORMIX and the users will resolve any dispute, whether regarding its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, in whole or in part, before the local Courts and Tribunals and/or federal offices based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction and/or jurisdiction.
This constitutes the complete and entire expression of the agreement between you and ENGORMIX and supersedes any previous one that may have previously existed between the two.
What can I post?
You can post agricultural contents, under your authorship, either original or that have already been published elsewhere, such as conferences or open access journals. Contents can be of either a theoretical or applicable nature; they can be scientific or popular articles as well as review articles, essays, opinion articles, abstracts or videos. The contents must be technical and not commercial. Commercial contents are managed by our marketing area. Notwithstanding the foregoing, reserves the right to restrict, suspend or prevent access to the platform and the services found on it, such as content, programs, messages, links, when it deems appropriate and in protection of users and when there are suspicions that any user has violated the law or the document of Terms and Conditions of use, without prejudice to any corresponding administrative, judicial and/or arbitration action.In case of breach by the user of these Terms and Conditions of use and/or current law, ENGORMIX may, without any right to compensation in favor of the user or any third party, cancel the quality of user of the platform and remove the corresponding content without prejudice to the rights of other users. Who can publish?
Contents can be published by all Engormix users, who are engaged in investigation or production activities, as well as by professionals and students related to the agricultural sector.
Contents will be published access-free so that they can be found through all browsers. We will mention your authorship and the source of the content in case it was previously published somewhere else. All your contents will remain in your profile so that you can share them from your account. Publishing your technical articles on Engormix is free of charge and we will not request the rights there to.
To cooperate with your community and share knowledge with your colleagues, as well as with researchers, producers, professionals, advanced students and all the agricultural sector’s newcomers. To interact with members of the community and referents on the topic of your publication. To broaden your audience, your article will be well- positioned and available on browsers to all those interested in your publication topic.
