Kitasamycin premix

Appearance:

- Off white or pale yellow powder

Pharmacological action:

It works on the 50S ribosomal subunit of the sensitive bacteria to prohibit bacterias protein synthesis by stopping transpeptidation or mRNA dislocation.

Features:

1. Broad spectrum antibacteria, particularly it has an obvious action on mycoplasma caused by the respiratory disease of the livestock.
2. Low toxicity. Its a special antibiotics for livestock with high safety.
3. Take orally with quick absorbability. It can spread to various tissues and apparatus, in particular, it keeps higer plasma drug concentration continuously in blood and lung tissues.
4. High stability in the fodder.
5. Low residue. Put large dose of kitasamycin(330-500m/kg) in the fodder to feed livestock in continuous 14 days then stop. After withdrawal in the third day, residue in tissues is less than 0.03mg/kg.
6. Good growth promotion effect. Adding it with small dosage continuously can not only prevent the disease, but promote animals growth significantly to shorten the feeding period and raise fodders recompensation.

Indication:

Antibiotics medicine. It can be used to cure the infection caused by gram positive bacteria,mycoplasma,leptospira and promote the growth of pigs and chickens. It mainly prevents from the diseases of intestinal and respiratory tract infection and chicken necrotizing enteritis which are caused by pig diarrhea treponema,clostridium and pig pneumonia mycoplasma etc.

Usage and dosage:

Mixed feeding:

- Each 1000kg fodder is calculated as effective element.
- Growth promotion:swine 5~50g(5000000-50000000unit)
- chicken5~10g(5000000-10000000unit)

Treatment:

Swine 80~300g(80000000-300000000unit)
Chicken 100~300g(100000000-300000000unit) continuously use5-7days

Attention items:

1. Cross-resistant with erythromycin, it should use less after long use of erythromycin
2. Dont use over 5-7 consecutive days as treatment.
Withdraw period: 7 days for swine and chicken.
