EBM Manufacturing proudly manufactures the GENTLE ROLL™ Cleaner / Sifter.  The Gentle Roll™ can separate products by size and do it without annoying and damaging vibrations.  The GENTLE ROLL, when used to remove fines from pellets, will also condition the ends of the pellet, significantly reducing the production of fines in the product when they are place in a bag and shipped to the customer. 

The Gentle Roll™ comes in capacities ranging from 1900 cubic feet per hour to 19,000 cubic feet per hour.

• The Gentle Roll™ is Vibrationless due to a gentle rolling motion of the entire drum

• Operation is quiet due to no shaking or vibration

• Supporting requirements are reduced because there are no vibrating forces induced by the cleaner. (Force from wind, cleaner weight and product weight are the only forces that need to be accounted for.

• The Gentle Roll™ is more gentle on products and screens because there is no hammering action against the screens to damage product.

• The Gentle Roll™ can condition products during cleaning. (Flashing and fractures are removed by the gentle rolling action of the cleaner.)

• Screen contact is maintained because of the constant rollover action.

• Product stratification is eliminated because the constant rotation of the product reduces the action of dense particles forcing the less dense particles away from the screen.

• Screen efficiency is maximized by the controlled forward movement of the product. This insures that all of the product will be in contact with the screen and therefore will be cleaned.
