ANTIBIOTIC PREMIX

DESCRIPTION
flor-blend® AQUA is a coated premix, based on a broad spectrum bactericidal antimicrobial containing florfenicol, a fluorinated derivate of thiamphenicol, with bacteriostatic action, fast absorption, and high diffusion to shrimp tissues, for the treatment of bacterial diseases in shrimp, caused by formula sensitive germs.

COMPOSITION
Each ml of  flor-blend® AQUA contains:
Florfenicol base ..... 20.0 g.
Carrier or excipient qs ..... 1000.0 g

INDICATIONS
flor-blend® AQUA is recommended as an aid in the treatment of bacterial infections susceptible to the action of enrofloxacine in growing shrimps, such as: Vibrio spp., Pseudomonas spp., E. coli and Aeromonas spp.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
5 kg of  flor-blend® AQUA per ton of feed, for 7-14 consecutive days. It is recommended to administer medicated feed distributed in three rations during the day.

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
Oral: Mixed with the feed of shrimps.
No other administration route is suggested.

PACKING
Multilayer sacs with 25 kg.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Protect from direct sunlight.

WARNING
Based on pharmacological trials, it is established a withdrawal period of 7 days.
For general safety it is indicated to extend the withdrawal period to 30 days after the last administration of product.
The product is non toxic at the recommended dosage in any stage of growing shrimps.
