M/s. Exotic Mushrooms was incorporated as a firm in 1990 by Mr. Sudhanshu Chousalkar and Mr. Vinayak Kamath. They began the cultivation and marketing of oyster mushrooms with the sole aim of introducing organically grown oyster mushrooms to the Indian consumers.

In 1993, M/s. Exotic Mushrooms took up a new endeavor of production and marketing of animal feed supplements. Dr.S.S.Chousalkar, a veteran in the field of animal health, joined the firm as a consultant for sales and development. Under his able guidance, the firm began to market certain high value feed supplements which were new to the livestock industry.

Since its inception, the firm has always aimed to deliver goods on time taking into consideration customers'' expectations. Due to its commitment to quality, the customer base is constantly on the rise. The mission is to achieve high standards in manufacturing and offering allied services to the clients is the driving force behind the promoters.
