One Month Left to Submit your Papers for APSS 2015

The Australian Poultry Science Symposium is the premier avian science conference in Australia and attracts delegates from Asia, Australasia, the Americas and Europe. Over 50 peer reviewed papers will be presented across the 3 day event. With the submission deadline fast approaching, it’s important that all those who wish to be included in next year’s symposium, start thinking about writing up and submitting your papers.

Please remember that once your paper has been accepted, you must make the committment to attend and present your paper at APSS 2015. Authors who fail to register by the Author Registration Deadline, will have their paper removed from the program and will not be published the the APSS Proccedings.

IMPORTANT KEY DATES FOR AUTHORS:

30th September, 2014 – Paper Submission Portal Closes (at Midnight)
• Full paper submission deadline, acceptance of submissions made after this date will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

1st October, 2014 – Online Registration Portal Opens
• Credit card payment will be required when registering online. If you are unable to register online or need to register prior to October for visa purposes, please contact Jo-Ann for a manual registration form.

30th November, 2014 – Author Registration Deadline
• Registraton to be completed by authors with accepted papers for presentation otherwise they will have to be withdrawn from the program.

Once submitted, your paper will be reviewed by the organising committee, to determine it's suitability for our conference. At this point it will be either accepted and forwarded to be peer reviewed, or returned for editing (ei. incorrect formatting).
Upon being reviewed you will be notified by the organising committee that your paper has been formally accepted and you will be notified of the proposed presentation length for your paper. This will be dependent on which section of the program you are allocated. Submitted paper presentations will range between 10-15 mins in length.
NOTE: Once accepted you must make a commitment to attend and present the paper at APSS 2015 (8th-11th Feb, 2015). Failure to register for the conference by the Author Registration Deadline (30th November, 2014), will result in your paper being removed from our program, and not being published in our proceedings.

> If you can't remember your "Access Key", please use the "Forgotten Access Key" link and retrieve it by entering your email address.
