Dear Danka
How do you confirm this MS + E.coli?
PM lesions not confirm this diagnosis.
Kindly give more detailed information about this case.

The diagnosis of MS is always performed in our lab by PCR.

Dear Danka,
I also agree we need some laboratory information. Heart lesions like this may be caused by many other pathogens. Kind Regards.

The role of MS in the CCRD problem in chickens is underestimated and poses a problem in both diagnosis and therapy. By the rt RT PCR, showed that there was a difference in genetic sequence of more than 15 percent among MS from joint and MS from tracheas.
