B-Safe, which is based on an innovative and patented mode of action, helps to maintain the digestive balance in monogastric animals. It is made of plant extracts and specific clays, which limits the development of pathogenic gastro-intestinal flora whilst, protecting the intestinal mucosa at the same time. B-Safe enhances the zootechnical performances of animals and boosts breeding profitability, especially under challenging hygiene conditions.
Recent R&D trials proved the positive effect of B-Safe on early intestinal development : +3,4% intestine length; intestinal villi are higher (+30% p<0,01) & crypts are deeper
Moreover, the trials show similar or better results than AGP (avilamycin 20 ppm)
The summary of datas from 17 trials proves the consistency and positive effect of B-Safe on both ADG and FCR, especially in challenging condition. With an improvement of 3,2 % of ADG and a decrease of 2,9 % of FCR on average, B-Safe gives a significant return on investment in broilers production. In laying hen, trials also proved the significant positive effect of B-Safe on zootechnical performances. And in a recent trial, when compared to a control group, the egg mass was increased by 4,7%. Similar performances (numerically better) as those with bacitracin have been observed for laying rate and egg weight or mass, but FCR was significantly better (-3,7%)
Finally B-Safe has shown a very good return on investment (cost / efficiency). By the way it is a serious alternative to growth promoters in poultry production.
