For our head office in Serbia, we are seeking an: R&D MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Development of innovative products according to the product development strategy
Identification of research institutions and establishment of scientific network
Coordination of research projects
Close cooperation with Patent co. product managers and technical managers
Designing, coordination, executing and support worldwide products validation and field trials
Participates in the planning of the budget for R & D projects, monitor and analyze the costs of R & D
Operational management of trials performed at own experiment facility and at external institutions and universities
Assistance in publication of research results in scientific journals and magazines
Publishing and presenting the research results at national & international conferences
Coordination of the products registration process (according to EC directive 1831/2003 and other)
Assistance in raising financial support for research projects & coordination of funded projects, preferably international projects

Specific skills and attributes:

University degree (M.Sc. or higher, preferably PhD) in animal science/ animal nutrition or veterinary medicine
Experience in feed additive market (mycotoxin binders, phytogenic additives for gut health improvement, other)
Relevant work experience and understanding of mycotoxins/mycotoxin binders - preferable
Good connections with R&D companies and universities
Practical experience in farm production - beneficial
Team player
Research experience and project management skills
Language skills: Excellent English
