Patent Co. seeks for an International Sales Director in South-Eastern Europe

INTERNATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
  • Expansion of sales channels for the company’s feed additive portfolio on the existing and to new markets
  • Development and execution of sales and marketing program by country/region, creation of sales action plans
  • Development and execution of annual sales budgets
  • Responsibility for achieving targeted level of sales volumes and margins
  • Development and supervision of regional sales force/distributors: selection and training, establishing terms of cooperation and motivational system, performance monitoring
  • Establishment and maintenance of direct relationship with key accounts
  • Promotion of the company’s position and perception on the market
  • Management board membership, close cooperation with other senior management team in achieving target results
Key requirements:
  • University degree in animal science, nutrition or veterinary
  • 5+ years of experience in managing international sales function: sales planning, developing regional teams, creation of sales and marketing strategy, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • Experience in animal feed additives market (preferably in mycotoxin binders and phytogenic additives for gut health improvement)
  • Knowledge and understanding of animal nutrition sector
  • On-farm experience in animal production is a plus
  • Fluent business English, knowledge of other languages (incl. Spanish, French) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and focus on long-term relationships
  • Ability to develop and manage teams
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven personality
  • Availability for intensive business traveling - maximum of 35% of your time
